Been going here for 3 years, this gym is an absolute dump.

The gym is filthy and clearly hasn't been cleaned in years.

When "renovations" began in 2023 we were told that we'd be getting new equipment with the pool and sauna being renovated as well.

The "new" equipment is clearly used, torn, rusty and dirty. They took away all the adjustable benches except for one, as if it wasn't hard to get one of the two before. There are missing weights and the weight rack smells like urine. At least a third of the machines are completely unusable with the rest having some sort of issue.

The bathrooms and locker rooms are gross and dirty, with mold growing everywhere. Some of the showers have been "out of order" for months.

The pool, sauna, and steam room were supposed to be open in January and they are still in disrepair with no progress seen in months.

Absolutely love this gym! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed with open arms by the friendly and professional staff. They really take the time to get to know you and make sure you're comfortable, whether you're a beginner or an experienced fitness enthusiast. The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to offer guidance or modify exercises to match your match your goals and abilities.
The facility itself is top-notch-spotless, well-equipped, and has a great variety of machines and free weights. I also love the group classes-they're high energy and fun, and the instructors do a fantastic job of motivating you to push yourself. I've noticed a huge improvement in my strength and overall fitness since joining, and I always look forward to my workouts.

This gym was supposed to be updated in December and January. Somehow they emptied the pool, sauna and steam room and completely have not done any modifications! They have no answer to when this gym will be completed. Now I have to drive to doral because the Miami Gardens gym is a complete dump and dirty. Nobody seems to care at all.

This facility is great. I love everything about it from the equipment To the service of the staff, everyone here is super helpful and willing to give you a hand if you need it and give you any tips. but I have to give a special shout out to my trainer Giovanni. He has helped me so much on my journey so far I’m currently trying to lose over 100 pounds as I am pretty obese and within a month and a half I have already seen a weight loss of 48 pounds thanks to him. He has offered so much help not just in the gym aspect, but also giving me calls on how to help with nutrition and what to do when I’m not at the gym and how to make it easier as he always says it’s a marathon not a Sprint and he is always trying to instill habits that I will use even after I no longer have sessions with him

Giovanni has truly transformed my relationship with the gym. He takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and ensures I fully understand how to reach my goals. What stands out most is his genuine excitement about my progress—it’s so motivating! He tailors his approach to fit my lifestyle, making fitness feel sustainable and enjoyable.

The gym itself is also incredible. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which has made such a difference for me. I genuinely look forward to going to the gym now, which is something I never thought I’d say since I’ve never been a fan of working out before. This place has completely changed how I feel about fitness.

Imagine paying for a full year and then the nextonth they announce renovations to the amenities that made you pay for your membership only to have them taken away with no end in sight. No refund. I left for a while. I tried other places but don't want to start paying for another gym while I already paid here.

I've been back for a couple weeks and here are some pics showcasing the current state of things. Roaches, grime and standing water in the showers, dirty locker room.

The equipment is alright. Many treadmills broken. It's funny to watch people try one after the other looking for one that works or doesn't have broken parts or ruts in the tread. Smh

I feel bad for the staff. They're mostly nice and I'm sure they are fed up with everything. The new manager was nice but I haven't seen him lately.

I feel bad to post this because the staff have been nice but I want to help keep others aware since I've lost my money and time already.

24 Hour Fitness has what people need to GET fit and CONTINUE staying fit. My trainer GIOVANNI has already shown me that he understands the mechanics of fitness by his patience and teaching method. His help thru physical workouts & nutritional guidance is aimed at my being a sustainable and healthier me. Thankyou Giovanni and 24 Hour !!

I started coming here from 2020 until now it has been 4 years, 3 years before that everything was fine but in the past year everything has become worse from the gym to the new receptionist (a girl who looks like an African American) the way she talks is really rude, I paid to come here not for free. Earlier this year I renewed my membership (platinum) I asked the staff when the sauna and pool would reopen and they said it would be back soon but now it has been almost a year nothing has changed and everything has become really bad. If anyone has registered, please consider when operating here, there are many new rooms and full equipment around.Bye
