This club is fantastic. Free parking and elevator access - that was huge when i joined as I joined on the heels of having had bilateral knee surgery. Management and staff could not be more professional and warm. I was immediately felt to feel I belonged. Locker rooms are clean and never crowded.

I like using the pool and the machines. I also work with Jessica there who is very easy to work out with and in just a couple of weeks? I am already feeling fitter. She’s an expert and knows how to work with all people including a new, post up member.

I never wait for pool or machines either. The pool is clean, I believe 25 yards long so doing laps is the real deal, and perfect temp and yeah, it’s been a joy after my knee surgery. Best recovery for me! (I took this photo a minute before it opened and the lifeguard was walking towards me to open doors.)

I used to be a marathon runner before my knees gave out so fitness is something I am excited for now that my new knees are guving me this second chance. I cannot thank Danielle, the Manager enough for making this possible.

This club is where I am not just starting over after having years of not being able to work out on account of two very bad legs. This club is where I am just getting started. It will define me and change my life.

To be honest, I’ve been a member for 10 years, and I want to share some honest observations.

There was no heat in the building all of last week, and not a single email was sent out to inform gym-goers. In addition, the pool temperature has been stuck between 78-82 degrees, with bandages, hair, and even recently-poured tar floating in the water. The pool also doesn't open at 6 AM if there's no lifeguard, which happens frequently. There’s also been an orange bucket sitting in the middle of the women’s locker room for the past five months to collect water from leaks. The sauna bench has a sign that says “Do not sit until fixed,” and the basin in the swimming room has had its legs on the floor for months. The swimsuit spinner was out of order for four months, and the showers are filthy and in desperate need of disinfection.

The bottom line is that, even with a lower membership fee, the cleanliness of the gym, functioning equipment, and a safe pool environment should be the top priority. Despite raising these concerns, the only response members get is that everything is "undergoing remodeling." This has become the go-to excuse, but it doesn’t change the fact that the facility is poorly manage or possibly lacks management altogether. This isn't just my opinion; it’s something many members are discussing.I don't usually post reviews, but I had to make an exception this time—I've had enough.

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Space used to be an issue but they just added a whole new section with bumper plates and new racks, so no more basketball court. Cleaning staff is very nice and will gladly help cleanup if you notice something. Still a gym, so a little bit dirty here and there and some patch work could be done in the walls, but these don't affect rating, not really noticeable unless you're a Karen with nothing better to do. It is a little more expensive than I would like but overall not bad. Best part is the staff gladly helps when groups of teenagers hog the benches for 2 hours.
On the app they have notifications for when the gym will be closed, just sort it by all not just unread. Wish they put those hours on Google maps but not huge deal.

The front desk was great! Very welcoming. It was too crowded for me. I wanted to just relax and stretch, sauna, and shower. I barely got to stretch because so many people around me on my mat. I waited a bit for the sauna because women cleaners were in the locker room. That was fine except when I went back to use the sauna, it was packed. I skipped the sauna because there were 4 people in and out on their phones. I did shower and it was fine.

Pretty run down place overall, but it's quite close to my home, I never get lost trying to get there and the pool - with swimming being why I go - usually is filled with lots of water, almost always heated to a reasonable temp.

Locker room is pretty rough overall . And on certain days there 's a woman cleaning the men's locker room at around 10am, when the locker room is full of men in various states of undress. This has to be quite uncomfortable for the employee. And I don't know how anyone else feels about it, but it doesn't thrill me at all. Imagine if you had a guy cleaning the women's locker room at a peak time of day?

The employees with whom I've interacted have been quite friendly and helpful. But the physical plant needs a good deal of work. If they have and put the money into it, it could be a much nicer place.

Most of the machines at the club seem fine. The entire area is bright and sunny.
However, the pool area which is bright and spacious and could be great, is flanked with disgusting rusted chairs, a tattered banner across the pool, some peeling paint on the walls and what appears to be lumps of granules, perhaps salt or chemicals, near the base of the doors to the equipment room. Other areas along the wall are also worn and rusty. The pool environment is in dire need of maintenance.
