My family visited last night and Bowlero was able to accommodate us, food and atmosphere was great! Customer service was great. Definitely would recommend. I am looking forward to my next visit. Great exterior lighting as well to prevent crime, I felt safe having my children there after dark with bright exterior lighting.

Came in to celebrate my nephews birthday. There were two young women at the check in and gentleman who was the food cashier. They were so friendly, sweet and helpful!! They even gifted my little nephew a birthday surprise. Very nice and great experience!

Came in tonight (Saturday night). Lane conditions were great and held up all night. Bowling was great. Service was amazing! Jade was unbelievable! Every time we needed something she was there. Got my son sized up with his bowling shoes. I mean literally anytime we needed something she was the first one there. Had 2 issues with ball returns she was right there. Special shout out to jade and the rest of the team! We will be back.

I made a reservation with a group of friends and from the moment we arrived the service was incredible, the people were super friendly and attentive and the bowling alleys were very well maintained. Before we started to play they gave all of us in the group some very delicious cookies, an incredible detail. The place, as soon as you enter, looks spacious. There are many bowling alleys to play, very comfortable.
The food is very good, the fries, pizza and Mozzarella sticks were delicious.
All the areas are very well maintained and throughout our experience at Bowlero we received many good surprises from the team, especially from Sharon who was the one who attended us.
We will definitely be back again! Thank you very much for the experience

Great Experience! We decided to go bowling last night and made reservations. When we showed up, the staff were amazingly nice, super helpful, and accommodating. We had to modify our reservations because 2 bowlers couldn't make it. So, they gave us vouchers for a return visit. Our lane was set up with our name showing reserved. One of the staff members, that appeared to be the manager, came over and introduced himself and our server, who then immediately took our food and drink orders... all before we had time to switch shoes.

The server, Chris, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was fun too. It was full, but we didn't feel crowded. They did a great job of spacing each group with lane assignments. The environment, including bathrooms, were clean. And the arcade had a great mix of games... that all worked!

As we were done bowling and shifting to the arcade, our server brought over a parting gift that included our vouchers and a teddy bear! (So sweet!) Then, while playing games, he came over with giant cookies, COMPLIMENTARY! They were still warm from the oven, and he brought a to-go container in case we wanted to take them with us. All-in-all, this was a great experience and fun night! Looking forward to our next visit!

Clean and parking is very bright at night. A few of the lanes were not working and one of the smaller Bowlero locations but generally nice facility. The arcades were functioning and looks maintained. Compared to many bowling alleys not as busy; so even if parking lot relatively small compared to other locations, there’s plenty of space. Hard to find entrance if coming anywhere but from west (ie eastbound).
