I visited this gym with some of my training partners. We did the K1 and sparring. I’ve been to many mma gyms and this is a great high level gym. Both coaches made me and my teammates feel right at home and welcomed. They’re both very knowledgeable. I learned a lot while I was here and I’ll have to visit again!

This gym is awesome! All the coaches are very high level and its super beneficial that you can train both a traditional Muay Thai style with clement and more new school mma striking with JHO throughout the week. Another unique feature of this gym is that it has the highest quality equipment I’ve ever seen in a gym, anything you could want in a kickboxing gym, from every type of pads, bags, leg shields etc. they have the highest quality.
