Great place for the kids and as a parent you can feel confident your child is in a clean, safe and happy place.

My child was here for summer day camp. He had fun, made summer friends and I felt the class/groups were small and manageable, variety of activities, field trips were fun/affordable, facility felt clean, coaches and leaders were communicative for my needs.

I would/probably will at some point bring my kid here again.

Reading all the comments I still don't understand the way some parents get upset about things that are in the contract when you sign to register your son or daughter, if you follow the policies of the establishment you will never have a problem but that is the problem that we don't read what we sign and then we are looking for someone to blame when it is our responsibility as parents to follow the policies of the place. I have 2 girls in 2 different classes a week and of course some classes are more crowded than others and sometimes you have to wait in the parking lot for other parents to come out and park but if you arrive early you will have no problem and your son or daughter will get to class on time. A month and a half ago I had a misunderstanding with one of the coaches that gives classes to my daughter and Mrs. Gio worked the situation too well giving me the place I deserve as a mother who paid for a service and not only that but she looked for the solution and gave the place to her coach too, honestly I was super surprised with the way she solved the problem I had without leaving behind that she called me back in less than 15 minutes of me sending the email asking to talk to her to see what options she gave me and how she could help me with the problem. Honestly finding places that give you and your child your place is very difficult because nowadays only money matters and if you don't feel comfortable leave but the way Mrs. Gio worked my situation for me is worth more than anything! Apart from that the place is excellent, it is always clean, the treatment of the owner towards the staff and the parents is out of this world, she is a love, if you do not like that she speaks Spanish as her first language because I have seen reviews complaining because the owner speaks Spanish, if you do not like that the owner speaks Spanish learn to speak it yourself, just as she had to learn to speak English you can also learn to speak Spanish! I don't know how there are parents who complain about insignificant things and leave a bad review just to do harm. As a mother of 2 girls from Browns Gym Orbit Academy I give it a 10 out of 10. And if you are looking for a place where they are going to treat your daughter or son well and really teach him or her this is the place, do not pay attention to bad reviews without first treating him or her because if you do not live the experience you can not talk about it !!!!

My daughter loves it here. Great price. It was cheaper than the closest gym to us but we drive the distance. Much more stuff for my 4 yr old to do. They have a lot of different classes and you are under contract. Can’t do monthly classes on and off.

Honestly - A little confused by their website. I called to get more information on pricing, transportation, and if they actually have a dedicated homework time. Their website says "Our engaging sessions provide a perfect balance of homework support and fun activities, fostering academic growth and creating lasting memories for your little ones." under "Afterschool". However, they actually in fact do not give the students time to even do their homework per the woman I spoke to on the phone. $87 a week is way too expensive if your not even giving the kids an opportunity to do their homework.

My kids, and my nephew have been in classes since October 2019 (3, 5, 7 years old). All the teachers they have as well as classes I've seen are fantastic with the kids. They have won awards and it shows with the quality these kids receive. Prices are very reasonable for a month. I am thrilled and will always recommend Brown's Gym!!

My daughter has been coming here for about 2 years and we’ve had a great experience. She really enjoys going to browns and learning new things.
The owners are very nice people always polite and friendly. The front desk staff always willing to help they answer the phone in a timely manner so I’m very pleased with this gym.

First of all, we have amazing memories of Brown's gym and loved our time there BEFORE the new owners. Ever since then everything has been a train wreck. I prefer to leave positive reviews for business and just take my business elsewhere when I have a bad experience vs leave a negative review, but the owners and experiences we have had have been so awful, I feel like it's necessary to share.
The new owners do not care about your kids, you, or gymnastics! They care about one thing and that is money. Since they have taken ownership the parking situation at Brown's has become an extreme nightmare. They have continued to open new classes and hired as many new young coaches as they can to get more and more people in the door but their parking lot just does not accommodate that. No one at Brown's does anything about the parking and they just keep adding more classes adding to the problem.
My son was in the boys class and he had an amazing coach Matt. I always felt comfortable with Matt knowing he was great at his job and my son was learning and safe. Of course with the adding of so many extra classes and the lack of concern for students from the owners, Matt was moved to another class and my son had a teenaged boy coach who was obviously new and did not monitor him well on the equipment or help him learn. I did not complain about this to the management because I knew it would fall on deaf ears and so I dropped him from the class instead.
My daughter was still on the competition team and has been going on 3 years. She LOVED her coaches and her teammates and has been working her butt off to improve her skills. So even though I would have preferred to take my business elsewhere, I stayed because she was happy. Then the owners fired a head coach abruptly which caused the rest of the coaches to go with him and suddenly we have no competition team. They wait to tell us this info maybe 20 minutes before practice and then tell us the team is over. The next day they say they miraculously have coaches and we can continue the team. We cannot trust anyone here anymore in this toxic environment. So after all the work my daughter has put in, I have to scramble to find her a new gym.
I realize all businesses need to make a profit to be successful and I don't blame them for that. But a business who has absolutely no concern for its customers is just not a place I can support.
