Anyone looking for a septic service company, I would discourage you from using this one. In 10 years, I have called them multiple times, but they rarely answer the phone. They may get back to you that day, or in the next three days or so. I recently had an emergency. I used the emergency number, someone did eventually call me back. They said a technician would come to my home and call me when they were on the way. Eight hours later I had not heard anything, so I called back to ask what the situation was. I was told someone might be able to get there the next day. This is not what you want to hear when you have sewage backing up into your house. Over the years I have not been impressed with them. If all you want or need is a rubber stamp to satisfy Texas regulations, go ahead and use them, but they’re not good for anything else.

They did work on my septic tank, and we did not give them permission to replace the products that needed to be replaced. They gave an outrageous price because they knew we were selling our house and up charged their services. We told them originally that we would think about the services offered but they took that as yes and replace the products anyways. We didn't tell them to replace the products or even schedule a time to replace the products but did it anyways. They came on to our property without our permission and replaced the products when we didn't ask them too. We actually found another company that would provide the same products for cheaper. Additionally, they never ever answer their phone calls.

This is Russell T- These guys are the best. They came out on a wet weekend and repaired our septic and are always very helpful and reliable. Very good service!

I was going to leave well enough alone….. we bought our house and these guys were the septic service under contract from previous owners. During inspection the system was not well maintained and needed repairs. When they came by to service system for the first time under our ownership, they said we would owe them for the service. We requested they cancel contract and not to show up at our house for any further service. Then the on going issues ensued. We have emails and calls to this company to stop coming by our house and they will not honor our wishes. I asked the gentleman that arrived at our house to not service and informed him that the contract had been canceled, services were no longer needed.
When trying to cancel there services, we received a couple out of the side of your mouth threats. After a couple of not so pleasant interactions with these folks, they felt it necessary to report us to the county. I could only imagine for a little poke in the eye before we had pleasure of ending our relationship. I didn’t feel the need to review them until they showed up again today. If you ever get these guys to service your septic good luck getting rid of them, and only hope your system is actually be taken care of. These guys are worse than a timeshare.

Sure wish I could give 0 star rating. Been using them for over 10 years. In the beginning service was excellent but as time went by I wasn't getting the inspections I paid for. I got excuse after excuse of why they hadn't been there. Had to replace my aerator once a couple years ago. Now its broke again. I feel that if they would have at least showed up to do their inspections and clean the components of my system I wouldn't have this problem. Now they want to charge me 800 for something I believe is due to thier negligence. They NEVER answer the phone unless you call Andrew directly. Even then they don't do what they say. Wont use them again. BEWARE OF THIER TERRIBLE SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT. After being fired they still showed up after I told them not to ever step foot on my property again. The lady proceeded to cuss me out and not give me a chance to speak. Worst customer service ever. My system was in terrible shape after thier services and I had to have another company fix it.

Purchased a house with an existing contract on the system. Attempted numerous times to get the account information switched over to new owners and update contact numbers. The time I did speak with someone the person after I went with another company, could not understand I was just letting them know I went with another company and I needed to be taken off of their mailing list. I was accused of being rude (after they gave excuses on why they lost my business) when all I was trying to do is cut down on junk mail and make sure they did not send me any bills. This rating shows the professionalism of this company. Many of our neighbors have switched because services were not fully rendered after payment. Beware.

They were great in the beginning, however, over time they have become very lacking. They apparently do not communicate within the company or train new inspectors well. I change the heads myself as it is much cheaper and the company understood this with no problem, however, this last time the "new" inspector charged me for changing one of the heads. I refused to pay for it as it was not my choice to have this done. They agreed, but were not happy about it. Upon further inspection (my own) I found that none of the system lid screws were tightened down and a few were laying in the grass, the lid for the tabs entry was just sitting on the opening, and the electrical box on the side of the house was wide open. I would not recommend them.
