Please stay away from from this bank .After 19 yr relationship with the bank . Find out that I was cheated on the appraisals and on the fees . I am very disappointed in service, loan program, and all of the other banking needs. Just new menagment of the bank completely out of realty .

We used Centrust for a SBA 7A loan in early 2020 and the process was fantastic. The best reasons are the following - very fast communication either by email or phone often in just minutes. Even with Tom Meyer, EVP and Director of SBA Lending, who is excellent. Second, handling the small but important details well. Such as collecting vehicle titles when the loan was paid off. Bottom line, Centrust does a lot of thing very well and we would recommend them to any of our friends, and especially business owners.

Stay away. Loan office Joshua is a liar and has no credibility. Strings you along and gets nothing done. High rates and rediculous fees. Stay far and away. Too bad you can’t give zero stars
