I recently had an unfortunate experience with Disney Resorts bus service. On the morning of July 19, 2024, we were on Bus #5318, driven by Howard from Jamaica. Unfortunately, the experience was less than magical.

Howard seemed to lack the friendly demeanor one would expect from a Disney employee. He had no personality and stared at us with what felt like an attitude. This was particularly evident when he was assisting a handicapped passenger. He appeared bothered by the task, which was quite disheartening to witness.

While I understand that everyone can have an off day, the lack of enthusiasm and apparent irritation from Howard was disappointing. Disney is known for its exceptional customer service, and this experience did not live up to those standards.

I hope Disney Resorts can address this issue and ensure that all their drivers provide the warm and welcoming service that guests expect. A little kindness and a positive attitude can go a long way in making guests’ experiences truly magical.

Uber & Lyft driving like idiots through there with no concerns for pedestrians. Cars, Lynx buses & buses from outside resorts were no better. Disney buses were going slow, I think they have to. No security out there to direct traffic or uphold any order. Very disappointing & it makes Disney look like it doesn't care.

I was late turning in the scooter I rented and transportation and security worked hard to help me turn it in.thanks! These men really made sure I was able to return it to the right place. Not necessarily their jobs. They went beyond and I feel so much better. I can't thank you enough. I'm sorry for not remembering your names.

Pay attention to the sign boards as it's a far walk if you don't.

Very efficient and very nice drivers. They make your trip fun and get you really excited to go.... just about anywhere. They tell jokes... and they even break out in song the good ones do anyway. This is your first experience you will remember on your trip to Orlando.

The driver of route 300 right now at this moment just dropped me off I should not have been left I have no idea where I am I'm in lake Buena Vista I think or something and I asked him before I got off the bus where I where do I go to transfer to the 56 route... He directed me to get off the bus and it's halfway down behind us. He maliciously. viciously. And consciously directed me in the wrong direction for what reason I have no idea... But I feel like there's a lawsuit brewing!!! He consciously told me to get off the bus at the wrong stop... Putting me somewhere where I don't know where I'm at and my phone's dead and that was just straight-up wrong I'm a fifty-year-old single disabled woman and I'm here by myself so now I'm in an area I don't even know where I'm at and I'm exhausted and on the verge of having a stroke and this was really not something you do to somebody I honestly feel like I'm going to get a lawyer and Sue... That bus driver intentionally put me into danger and that is so wrong and he will pay for this

Anywhere the monorail does not go, you can catch a bus. The transportation in the parks is fairly straight forward. The access to the busses and the monorail make the Polynesian Hotel an ideal place to stay.

I could've just walked from the resort to Disney Spring and still gotten there before the bus even gets to the resort. It got pushed back 3 times and has to stop at other places to pick up others. Spent over an hour on transportation. Trash. Overrated. Take a Lyft. It's only $8.00.
