Fun for kids and adults alike! The room was clean and the staff was great. The water slides and other features were awesome. It's definitely a place for the kids to cut loose, so don't be surprised when kids are running down the hall having a blast. It's for them, lighten up! The location is great, surrounded by many places to eat and shop. The family and I will definitely be back!

It was so much fun overall. The issues I found were that they nickel and dime you for everything! We got a food and games pass which would've been amazing if more than 2/6 bowling lanes were working which one of the employees mentioned had been the case with several of the lanes for about a year. The water was cold 2/3 days we were there. There was essentially no Internet which rendered the televisions useless most of the time. Again I had an employee say they have been trying to fix it for awhile but no progress has been made. The food there is so expensive but is decent. All of the staff is very friendly. Bring lots of extra $$$$!!! Also, if you aren't first in line at the pool in the mornings then bring your credit card or cash with you. Despite being able to use your wrist band to pay for everything and unlock your room door, you can purchase a swimming locker without a card or cash.

Even though the weather outside was too chilly for the water park, our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was still a howling good time. The lodge itself is a winter wonderland, with cozy fireplaces, festive decorations, and plenty of indoor activities to keep everyone entertained. The indoor water park, although not fully utilized due to the cold weather, still provided a fun and exciting atmosphere. We enjoyed watching other families splash around and imagining ourselves enjoying the slides and pools on a warmer day. Beyond the water park, there were plenty of other activities to keep us occupied. The MagiQuest game was a big hit with the kids, as they explored the lodge, solving puzzles and casting spells. The arcade was also a fun way to spend some time, and the bowling alley provided a classic family activity. The lodge itself was comfortable and well-maintained. Our room was cozy and perfect for relaxing after a day of fun. The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although we didn't get to experience the full extent of the water park, our winter getaway at Great Wolf Lodge was still a memorable experience. It's a great place to escape the cold and enjoy quality time with family.

My family really has had a great time whenever we go. Rooms are great and service is great. My only complaint is at the water park it’s really fun but the water itself, (especially in the winter time) is ABSOLUTELY FREEZING COLD. Maybe it’s difficult to warm up that much water, I don’t know. For these prices you’d think they could. Everything else is very nice and it’s a great experience for kids. My overall grade is a B+. Would be an A if the water wasn’t so frigid.

I’d give less than a one if I could. The only positive feedback I can give is that the staff is super friendly, everything else was terrible. The rooms are mediocre at best, our bathtub fell apart the first time we used it and was disgusting underneath, the cable was in and out the majority of the time, we got no rest whatsoever because the people above us must’ve been learning to river dance, and the water park was extremely underwhelming. Not much for kids older than 6 or 7 to do outside of the water park and the park itself is made more for smaller kids too. I’d do yourself a favor and go to Kalahari for half the price and twice the water park, fun, and comfort.

The room was clean and spacious, but the mini fridge didn't have a freezer section. The service was above and beyond with them giving us free things and reduced prices on the breakfast buffet. The location was great and made me want to return in the summer so we can experience Kings Island. Even though this is Ohio and I'm from Michigan (Go Blue!), I still managed to have a great time.
