Dirty, unorganized, unhelpful staff. Half their displays don't work due to missing power cords and the ones that do have such poor cord management that they pose trip hazards. Almost had a huge sign fall on my head, so I took it upon myself to zip tie it so nobody else would get hurt. Overall would not go back.

Great service! The repair tech was very helpful and was able to set up my old guitar in a timely manner. All staff friendly and ready to answer any questions you may have.

I just wanted to thank guitar center for hiring operations manager Cody at store 153, he could not be bothered to help me find a set of screws for my guitar and proceeded to act like a rude child when he told me my guitar had missing components to which I replied was all intact minus the screws. He said they don’t carry those screws (very common back plate screws) then walked away as if I had bothered him. So thank you again guitar center for hiring operations manager Cody at store 153 he truly is making the music community a better place 🙂

Filthy, unprofessional( especially pseudo guitar tech Ben). I've done over 50k in business with Guitar Center at various locations over 30 years. I will not deal with them ever again. I would advise going elsewhere. The day of reckoning for them can't be far off. I can't believe what qualifies as customer service in this day and age. I've never met anyone as unqualified as their guitar tech. Arrogant and ignorant all in one. I'm contacting Sweetwater to spend my hard earned money right now.

Now to have someone help you is like they are making you a favor.

I spend thousands on this place just for some bad employees steer me away from this place.

I would like to share my experience with selling a vintage guitar at shop on broadway . Nick the manager , by the way the only guy in Tucson who would even talk with me lol and Ben Repair teck are super dudes to work with. They took guitar apart to figure details all at no charge .We were able to come up with a fair deal for both parties I feel. This all took only 2 days to complete. Highly recommend them for your'e musical needs.

? Went in to buy a Gift Card, that's it. Plenty of Associates around, but all busy, so I walked over to the counter where the registers were. Two gentlemen behind that counter (at each register) were 'chatting', so I just asked if I could buy a Gift Card there. At that point, one of them turned his attention to me and proceeded to help me with my purchase. Done in 5 minutes!
Will return there as needed!?

Terrible customer service, extremely overpriced. However, they usually have what you need! I have found it to be easier to walk in and just grab what I need myself, then proceed to find someone to check me out.
