Lobby hours M-F 0600-2100 Sa-Su 0730-1800 Parking is free. Fill out the form for long term parking. The coffee shop was completely shut down when I was there waiting for my Amtrak train. There is no Amtrak info whatsoever. Buy your ticket online or at the kiosk before boarding.

Aka Skagit Transit Center. Well kept, clean bathrooms, very helpful staff. Best thing is the coffee shop but unfortunately they are closing permanently tomorrow! It seems that they are affected by the closure of the Canada border. And other things. But a really nice place in a town of really nice people.

I don’t even want to leave one star for what just happened. Bought a ticket for a train ride to suprise my kid and lo and behold a bus pulls up. I didn’t know that they named a whole bus an Amtrak and led people to believe it was a train but that’s what happened. No Amtrak staff on site but the others told us that we should’ve read the fine print. I think it should just be more explanatory that what you’re buying is a bus for most part of the day the only time to buy a train ticket is in the morning to go to where we wanted. Never again let me tell you. And I’m super disappointed but it explains why That place is empty and things are run down . I wish u luck if your trying to get on a train here

Trains are always late. No Amtrak staff ever on site, not one to help load train if elderly or disabled. No line up area, no hate, just people pushing their way to the front. Incrradibly disorganized service Nice station with a good coffee shop, luckily not run by Amtrak.

A hub for transportation for area, but no Amtrak staff, Greyhound has extremely limited hours as does Skat Transit.

Nice waiting room, has sort of a coffee/snack stand.

Near major county offices and downtown Mt Vernon.

Schedules are sometimes affected by the trains and heavy traffic due to events.
