My wife and I went into the store today to test some clubs. We were just expecting to go hit a few balls and try a few clubs hopping to get lucky and find something that fit what we are looking for. Then a gentleman named Dave walked over and started working with us individually to get us fitted. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and great to work with. Great experience and customer service. We will absolutely be back to work with Dave again!

I saw the store in Westminster and thought I might see what they offer. When I went in they were professional and friendly. I saw people using the practice bays and decided to find out more. A very nice gentleman named Dave Simonich offered to help me, and I am glad he did. I've never felt so appreciated by a sales person! He was professional and very knowledgeable, and completely honest with me about what he thought would be beneficial to my golf game. I am extremely happy with him, and I give him an A++, and when I get back to golfing next season, I will definitely come back to see him for any of my golf needs!

First time in store and was pretty excited about it. Pretty sad customer service. Walked around shoes for about 20 mins, not one person came to ask us if we needed help. Lead service manager, Hunter Dean, did not make eye contact with either of us when he checked us out. We said thank you and he gave us zero acknowledgment. We were checking membership and possible club fitting. First time and last time in there.

If you can afford golf, this is good place. I wouldn't normally write a review for a place like this, but I had this guy, I think his name was Hunter, and his ability to solve a customer service problem was exceptional.

He was bright and pleasant to talk with. I'd bought a shirt with a gift card when I was in town and then when I got home 75 miles away, I realized no one took the alarm thing off. I called thinking that ink would go all over my shirt if I started messing with it. He assured me that was not the case. Without a moments hesitation he said if for some reason I can't get it off and have to make the drive back for help, he'd make sure I got a nice gift card or something like that.

Lots of people in his position would have dropped the ball, but he acknowledged the mistake right away and genuinely seemed to value my time, which can be rare. Now there was someone else in the store who didn't know how to open the sunglasses case, but that was a different story. Hunter cleaned it all up. Thanks.

I went to the Westminster store as an inexperienced golfer trying to get into the game. I was extremely luckily to get David to help me out. I have never had a customer experienced like this. He's very knowledgeable, asks a ton of questions and listens well. He spent an insane amount of time with me and didn't pressure to buy anything. I was able to make an educated purchase after testing clubs. Definitely ask for Dave if you have the time.

I've been waiting to write a review of the team at the Westminster PGA Superstore. On 12/6/24 I did an iron fitting with Spencer at the recommendation of Colin Neil, the store GM. Boy am I happy that I listened!!!

Let's just cut to the chase and let me just say that Spencer is a WIZARD of a fitter. I rolled in with irons I hated... another fitter from a location I don't want to share, convinced to replace my stock Modus 120 into some True Temper 7.0 Rifle Parallel shafts... these things were like telephone poles. Way too heavy, way too stiff...

Spencer spent time testing similar heads to my 5 year old Srixion Z785s... we landed on the 2024 P770 from Taylormade and the T100 irons from Titleist.

This dude put me into so many different shafts and asked me so many questions about things I wasn't even thinking about and ultimately landed on a shaft from Project X... the IO in 6.0. This was the polar opposite of my old shafts... trackman data supported everything that I was feeling in the swings...

I always thought I was one of those dummies that couldn't tell where the head is or the loading of a shaft but it turns out, you just need to be in the right equipment because I could definitely tell what the club and shaft was doing during my swing.

End of the fitting we had two heads, 1 shaft, and near identical data... Spencer let me hit as many additional shots between both, talked me through the benefits of each club and ultimately ended up with the TM P770s.

I picked up the clubs 1/7/25 and I just hit them on a trackman and it feels like for the first time in years that my equipment is working WITH me and helping me instead of working against me.

I cannot thank the team enough for the amazing fitting experience and I'm so excited for the 2025 season to start!!!

If anyone needs a proper fitting, Spencer is your guy... I'll be coming back to see him about a LAB putter soon.
