Had my son’s birthday party there. I had the best host, Christobel. Everything was seamless. She made everything so easy, the children had so much fun. They are very organized. I would definitely recommend them!

I had my son's 5th birthday party here and to say the kids had a blast is an understatement. We did the soft play party which was a perfect mix of everything. If you get Karen as your party host, you won the jackpot!

Ample parking in an enormous parking lot walk in & your surrounded by wall to wall entertainment. Everything from batting cages to pool tables. All types of video games both old & new. Food options are pretty good pizza, burgers, fries, onion rings etc. great place to spend a few hours with the family.

A sad and depressing replacement to such a nostalgic amusement center. What once offered so much is a shell of its former self.

99% of these reviews appear to be from their original decades old location in Elmsford. They've now moved to Ardsley.

I'm not positive if Sportstime USA is now sharing space with a terrible events venue, but sure does it feel that way.

The space is bland. Half finished walls, all white, the rest unfinished or exposed. No color.

About 1/4 the arcade machines of the original location. No batting cages. The "soft play area" is pathetically small, next to a grave yard of dead arcade machines, and they charge $15 for it.

A small rock wall, also next to the soft play area, with no one manning it.

Three amusement rides, one technician managing them all.

No billiards, air hockey, or foosball gaming tables.

Not even sure if you can call the confection area a confection area.

The ticket redeeming area offers a pathetic selection of toys.

I saw 2 functioning claw machines, both impossible to win.

The skeeball machines are in terrible shape.

It's too bad Westchester lacks many arcade alternatives. Either way, don't bother wasting your money here. Stay home.

Very unprofessional place never will I return my kids was playing games today when a staff member decided to come unplug the machines due to a private event starting in the next few mins the man refuse to explain why he was doing what he was doing he just said he was time to leave and you have to leave before I call the police. The same gentleman kindly explained to a white family in a nice tone there was a bday party starting for a young girl at 6pm that's why everyone was told to leave, only if my kids and I could have been explained in the same tone we would totally had understood rather than being pushed out we will not be returning unfortunately.

We were here for a party....
The place looks terrible upon entrance.
It pales in comparison to some similar venues we've recently been to.
*The kids enjoyed the 3 rides, but the seat belt came off the spinning one mid ride and smacked one of the girls in the face leaving quite a few marks. There was zero helpful staff so one of the moms ran for ice.
*Laser tag was disappointing and heavy.
The kids kept coming back saying it wasn't working, and the staff member working the attraction wasn't exactly thrilled to be there and gave off creeper vibes.
*My 9YO son does not recommend the food which was served at the party (pizza and chicken fingers).
* The game section is beyond small and WAY overpriced for what it is. I would say 25-30% of the games were down. This is the 1st time EVER my son didn't want me to add to a game card.
I was informed the previous location was better, but we definitely won't be back to this one unless it's an unavoidable birthday party.

Celebrated my son’s birthday party here yesterday with a party of 30 kids and everything went PERFECT. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, very minimal work was needed by the parents. They took care of almost everything!!

More than enough parking for everyone, food was good. Thank you for making my son’s birthday a memorable one.

Nice place to come and enjoy about half an hour of time with friends and family. For 15 dollars a person you can play most of the games you'd like once to try them out.
