I used to attend this gym years ago when I first moved to the Orlando, FL area. Great gym, great trainers, family oriented atmosphere. I watched how the owners treated not only myself but everyone. The love and respect was consistent throughout. They had a 5am morning group of men workout there that was very motivational and encouraging. Not sure if they still do but I plan on returning to this gym soon.

Awesome gym for kids. Great system for discipline challenged children. They have very respected trainers and Shihan Rene is an outstanding individual. My kids went here for years.

Rene’s Dynamic is an amazing family oriented facility with all the people to grow & connect with. I enroll my daughter in their summer program all the time because she loves coming back! I’ve worked out plenty of early mornings with a nice clean, quiet & comfortable atmosphere. It’s conveniently located right in the middle of Silver Star & Powers. I’ve told my whole family about Rene’s Dynamic & they can’t wait to check it out!

dynamic is such an awesome place for your kids, Ive been taking my daughter here for the past 2 months and I am always greeted and treated so nicely. My daughter learns different sports and even made some friends.
Not to mention how much history this dojo has ! Much respect to the Rene's!

Absolutely love Rene’s Dynamic !! It’s very family oriented and they welcome you and your family with open arms. Both of my kids are at this program and they absolutely LOVE IT! They look forward to going everyday. Thank you for making us feel like family. ❤️ oooossh ?

My first time at Dynamic was in the gym. I had difficulty working out as I kept going; the dynamic team made me feel like family. Now I’m disciplined and motivated to work on myself daily. Also, with karate the lesson I have learned how to treat people with courtesy. I will always follow in their footsteps

Rene’s Dynamic Sports is a family not just an after care program. Your children will love the environment, the fellowship with the staff and other children. They learn discipline, karate and have fun while doing so. Dynamic helps with homework and provides afternoon snacks time all while staying affordable. Our community loves Mrs. Renita and Rene’s Dynamic Sports!

Renes Dynamic Sports Center is truly GEM, one of its kind…. Family friendly, clean, and a safe environment with a positive vibe. Both of my boys attend after school class which gives me to opportunity to work out in the gym with a personal trainer…. Cant thank Renes Dynamic Sports Center enough….So glad I found this GEM
