It's nice to have this center downtown. It sure beats the days when they used to line up in two lines on the street.

I’m disabled and can barely walk and the bus driver told me I couldn’t use my dollar that the machine tore. She said I need to get another one from inside 30 seconds before the bus was to leave. Bus #8 How rude and disrespectful can you be?

I am beyond disgusted and disappointed in driver 14 Wisconsin that stops at Allen Road near the Ministry building.
Currently, my vehicle is parked until I can get the issues resolved with it, so I started taking the bus for the first time. Driver 14 stops at the Ministry to pick up the homelessness and he treats us with disrespect. I have never rode the bus before considering I have my own car and when I was sliding my ticket through the ticket machine, he said, “no, it goes right there!!” I was given a vague negative tone and the second time of riding the bus with him, before I could even make it up to the ticket counter, he proceeded to departure and I could have injured myself. I told him, “you know you need to WAIT for someone to slide their ticket and make their seat BEFORE you leave because someone could lose their balance and fall like I almost did.
He showed NO remorse and did not apologize to me at all. He used disrespectful gestures towards me telling me to get out of his bus.
Plain rude and very immature!!
Management team, if you see this, please adjust this issue and treat the homelessness with respect!!
Never judge a book by its cover.

I hate riding buses but thank goodness there's transportation. The people here seem on the rude side, in my opinion.

Third time I have pulled the Cable and not been able to get off the bus until 1 to 3 stops later because they didn't hear the ding or the Stop Requested!!! You're the driver pay attention to your job. It's not that hard. Seriously

The new tires and schedules are junk. If you work second shift and used the buses to get home, you now have to walk or pay a cab twenty to thirty dollars a night, which for a lot of people is a big chunk of their pay. If you work third shift, you now have to go to work am hour or two early, it walk to work. So it basically makes the bus system worthless for anyone who's not working first shift. I've known city link to make a lot of ignorant decisions and treat people in very questionable manners, but this is by far the dumbest thing they've ever done. ?

I cannot stand the number 3 bus.

Many times they drive right past the bus stop right outside my house because "hardly anyone ever uses that stop."

So they don't even bother to get in the correct lane to hit that stop 99% of the time.

Its always they drive right past.
Very few have actually made an attempt to pull over and then apologize.

Today the driver made direct eye contact with me today as he drove right past me and kept going!!
And because of that it made me late to work!!
